Deputy Director General of the Yunnan Foreign Affairs Office, and Ms. Shi Jinyang, Deputy Director of the Fuwai Yunnan Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, among others, attended the ceremony. A medical team from Yunnan Fuwai Hospital has arrived in Bangladesh to commence their work.

Ambassador Yao Wen stated that the establishment of the first China–Bangladesh joint clinic marks another significant achievement of mutual support between China and Bangladesh in the field of health,
